There is a term called "glass ceiling" refers to the invisible hurdles that can impede women from rising to higher levels of leadership in businesses. According to a McKinsey & Company and LeanIn.org analysis, women are severely underrepresented at all levels of the corporate ladder. Several businesses are launching initiatives to assist women in advancing in their jobs. Mentorship programs, flexible work arrangements, and gender-neutral hiring processes are some examples.
